Seven Leadership Lessons from Brexit

With the recent UK High Count ruling stating that the government must go to Parliment to get approval to trigger article 50, the formal process that starts the negotiation for the UK to exit the EU, I thought it might be time for another article on leadership lessons from Brexit.  This one was posted by London Business School and written by Deloitte and has seven very relevant leadership lessons that can apply to an "everyday CEO" as well as the government.  A good read.

Emotion beats logic, and hope beats fear

Experts don't count for much at all

Activism is a priceless quality

Know the limits of crowdsourcing

Leaders reap what they sow

Time your run carefully
