Implications for the UK exiting the EU



This article was published in the Economist (9 July 216) which I thought was a really good summary of all the different types of rules and regulations, that the vote to exit has impacted. One example, the "Privacy Shield" agreement that is to come into effect later this year which allows the movement of data from the EU to the USA. If the UK is not part of the EU a separate agreement will have to be done, and for organisations like Google, this means increased cost and complexity. Just one example from the article showing some of the lesser known implications of the vote to leave the EU.
