Symptoms of Organisations on the Cusp of Change

What are the signs that your organisation needs to change?  An infographic recently posted in Company Culture by Tanmay Vora, is a great build on Mark Raheja original post.  The eight signs include: -

1: “We need a seat at the table.”

2: “They’re not incentivized to cooperate.”

3: “Let’s build a roadmap.”

4: “We’re waiting for the boss to decide.”

5: “Once everyone agrees, we can move forward.”

6: “I want to see that before it ships.”

7: “If I don’t spend my budget, I’ll lose it.”

8: “I’ll share it when it’s finished.”
