Turning Strategy into Results

Turning a strategy into reality is one of the hardest things for a leadership team to do.  Day to day priorities sometimes get in the way of the strategic initiatives or can even de-rail the strategic direction.  To get results you first have to have a well-articulated strategy that the organisations know what is required to achieve the end objective.   A MIT Sloane article is one of my "must reads".  Great advice on how to turn strategy into reality and also a great little quiz on how to recognise a well-written strategy that can be turned into results.
